At FM DENTEX, we are committed to delivering high-quality dental supplies to professionals across the UAE. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

Eligibility for Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

• The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
• The item is not a consumable or single-use product (e.g., dental bibs, K-files)
• Proof of purchase is provided

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

• Opened consumables or sterile products
• Custom or special-order instruments
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper sterilization

How to Request a Return Contact us at FMDENTEX@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges We replace items that are defective or damaged on arrival. Contact us immediately upon receiving a damaged order.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
